As a local marketing agency, WhyteSpyder knows it’s important to network with the up-and-coming talent in our region, and this spring, we’ve been welcomed three interns who enable us to do just that.

On our development side, we have U of A senior, Matthew Heckmann. He’s majoring in computer engineering, and his attention to detail and initiative to independently learn new things is remarkable. When he’s not studying and learning modern development tools, Matthew is playing the cello in a local folk band called Little Chief.

“WhyteSpyder strikes me as a marketing agency that is on the cutting edge of visual and technical design,” Matthew said. “I’m excited to be a part of it.”

Joining our creative team, we have the lovely ladies, Madison Lee and Christine Hoang.

Madison, U of A senior majoring in visual design with a minor in communications, dreams of becoming a successful designer. Madison’s fresh perspective and design techniques bring an edge to our team, and we have no doubt that she will meet her goals in a big way. “I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to work with a company with such a wide variety of projects,” Madison said. “I graduated from Fayetteville High School, and I’m glad my hometown has a talented, locally owned business like WhyteSpyder. I’m lucky to be a part of the team!” Christine Hoang, NWACC senior majoring in graphic design, has been interesting in creating art since she was nine years old, and even though her family thought art wasn’t a practical pursuit, Christine followed her passion and tried that much harder. From logo work to design layouts, her fast and imaginative skill in this field is obvious, and we’re looking forward to seeing what she’ll do in the future.

“I am really enjoying it working with WhyteSpyder,” Christine said. “The work they do is very clean and organized, especially after print, and the bubbly personalities of the group brightens up the office every day.”

Every semester, WhyteSpyder provides students the opportunity to work in the design world with genuine client experiences and real-world challenges. We don’t believe in interns making coffee. We prepare them for reality and make them part of our team. To be part of our next round of interns, show us what you’re made of and contact our office today.
